My professional journey has always centered on one thing: helping people and organizations move forward.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Arts in Educational Technology, both from North Carolina Central University. 

My career began in education, where I taught seventh-grade science and social studies with Durham Public Schools. That foundation in teaching and learning ultimately evolved into a career spanning technology, workforce development, training, consulting, and organizational transformation.

For more than 20 years, I worked in enterprise IT service management (ITSM), supporting complex technology environments and working extensively with Remedy and ServiceNow. I also developed and delivered training for Fortune 500 pharmaceutical sales representatives, giving me firsthand experience translating complex information into practical, usable knowledge for professionals and organizations.

My commitment to workforce development has remained a constant throughout my career. I have taught and supported individuals through programs with TROSA and Goodwill Industries, and I created an afterschool program through the John Avery Boys & Girls Club. I also cofounded Beyond Expectations; a nonprofit organization focused on creating opportunities for youth.

Today, I bring these experiences together through BroSys Global Consulting, helping nonprofits, small businesses, government agencies, and individuals navigate complex challenges, strengthen their capabilities, and prepare for what comes next.

My professional credentials include Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL Foundation, Certified Agile Professional, North Carolina Notary Public, Certified Loan Signing Agent, and North Carolina Real Estate Broker.

What makes my approach different is the combination of education, technology, workforce development, and real-world enterprise experience. I understand both the systems organizations rely on and the people who make those systems work.
